Decor For Outdoors

Last year, I happened to look out of an upstairs window and noticed that my neighbor likes lawn ornaments-A LOT! Now, I'm all for making your yard comfortable and pretty, but I'm telling you, it looks like the lawn and garden section of Wal-Mart blew up back there! The good news-a very tall fence separates us. The bad news-it's spreading to the front yard, like a fungus! If I had the guts, I would offer my opinion, but, we have to live near each other and co-exist peacefully! Here are some decor ideas for outside that won't make your neighbors cringe!

The monogrammed door mat from Sew Girlie is sure to make your guests feel welcome, and add some style to your porch! Choose your ribbon and your personalization. $34.99 This also makes a great housewarming gift!

The Home Owner's Association won't allow it in my neighborhood, but if they did, this mailbox would be sitting on a post right outside my house as we speak! Choose your polka dot color and font for your own mailbox creation at The Preppy Polka Dot-$40.

It's Springtime, so head outside and plant some pretty flowers in the Whimsy Pots Gardening Set! Receive three unique hand painted terra cotta pots with a matching watering can! The set is certainly fun, and makes a great gift for the garden goddess! Memory Bean Designs at Etsy. $34

Can you drop a note to your HA and have them speak to your neighbor?
