Okay girls, I wanted to bring a great website to your attention- Cheeky Umbrella. Everyone needs an umbrella, especially me this weekend, it is apparently the beginning of Monsoon Season here in Raleigh! I find a lot of umbrellas that are okay, you know, functional, sometimes even too cutesy. If you are looking for a unique and fun umbrella, take a look at these:
So here's the scoop: These umbrellas boast three unique things:
1. STYLISH – Funky graphics on the outside and matching colourful fabric on the underside.
2. STRONG – Lightweight aluminum shaft, automatic open and wind-resistant fibreglass ribs. If you pull on the ribs, you can see that they bend (see photo below). On many umbrellas, the ribs are made of metal (which isn’t flexible), so the wind catches it and they just snap.
3. SASSY – Each umbrella has a ‘cheeky’ statement written on the underside that reflects the personality of the owner. E.g. “When does it start raining men?”
